Overview of the Products Catalog Module #

• The Products Catalog Module allows you to import, export, and edit products within Delta First.

Editing Product Details #

• Navigate to the Edit tab to modify product information, including:
  • Product Name
  • SKU Number
  • Barcode for scanning
  • Item Description
  • Receipt Description for detailed receipts
  • Tax Status (Taxable or Non-Taxable)
  • Product Category
  • Department the product belongs to

Pricing Options #

• Set various pricing levels for products:
  • Retail Sale Price
  • VIP Price
  • Cost Price

Inventory Tracking Features #

• Enable Inventory Tracking to monitor stock levels.
• Set up Low Inventory Level Alerts to receive email notifications when stock is low.

Managing Product Quantities #

• Quantity on Hand displays the current stock available (e.g., 1,937 items).
• Track Quantity on Order, which automatically updates to Quantity on Hand once items are received.
• View the Total Available inventory for a comprehensive stock overview.

Adding Product Images #

• Upload a specific image for each product to facilitate easier identification in the POS system.
