Overview of the Reports Module #

• The Reports Module provides access to a wide range of business reports to support various operational and financial needs.

Types of Reports Available #

• Discounted Sales Reports
• Product Quantity on Hand Reports
• Customer Sales Reports
• User Sales Reports
• Sales History Reports
• Daily Sales Reports
• Tax Collected Reports

Generating a Daily Sales Report #

• Select the specific time period and store location for the report.
• The report will include:
  • Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Debit Card sales.
  • Indication of whether sales were Taxable or Non-Taxable.
  • A Grand Total at the bottom of the report.
• Reports can be bracketed out to show detailed breakdowns by:
  • Specific Dates
  • Transaction Numbers

Generating Sales History Reports #

• Choose the time period, store(s), and any product-specific information.
• The report will display:
  • Products sold on specific dates.
  • Associated transaction numbers for detailed tracking.

Exporting Reports #

• All reports can be exported and saved to a file format of your choosing for further analysis or record-keeping.
